Three Rutherford County High School football players were named Mr. Football semifinalists on Friday.
The Tennessee Titans Mr. Football Awards will be presented to the top 16 backs and linemen in eight classifications of the Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association on Nov. 28 at Nissan Stadium in Nashville. For the 15th consecutive year, the top kicker in the state will be recognized with a Mr. Football Award, regardless of classification.
Oakland's Jacoby Stevens is a semifinalist for Back of the Year, La Vergne's Maleik Gray is a semifinalist for Lineman of the Year, and Siegel's Jacob Smith is a semifinalist for Kicker of the Year.
