MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - Starting Monday, Middle Tennessee softball will begin hosting hitting and fielding camps for local softball players ages 10 and up.
The camps, led by hitting coach are designed to develop the softball skills of young local softball players with an emphasis on hitting or fielding. Offensive camp attendees will work on fundamental development through drill work, game strategy, and the mental side of hitting. Defensive campers will focus on the fundamentals of fielding while working on glovework, footwork and throwing.
Camps will be held on select nights beginning Oct.
