MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – The Middle Tennessee softball team hosts two mid-week games this week. The Raiders welcome Austin Peay for a 5pm contest on Tuesday, March 14 and No. 2/4 Auburn for a 4pm game on Wednesday, March 15.
MT looks to continue the current three-game winning streak over APSU, dating back to 2014. Middle leads the series all-time, 32-17 over the Govs. The last time the two teams faced one another was on April 12, 2016 in which the Raiders won a close 3-2 matchup.
In the last meeting, Austyn Whaley hit an RBI single in the first inning that scored two runs.
