Siegel's volleyball team continued its District 7-AAA dominance on Wednesday night, defeating Blackman 25-18l, 25-13, 17-25, 25-20 for the tournament championship.
Julia Poarch was named the tournament's Most Valuable Player after compiling 63 digs, 38 of which were in the championship game.
"Everything I do is for my team, I couldn't do it without them" Poarch said. "I'm going to be a leader and do what I can at the back of the court."
In the first set, the Lady Stars got off to a 4-1 lead as Julia Wheeler scored three points for her team.
