The Siegel Lady Stars volleyball team (34-6, 10-0) remained undefeated in districdt play on Tuesday night by sweep Oakland 3-0.
The Lady Stars were led by outside hitter Leah Poarch, who had 21 kills, eight digs, three digs and a block.
"We knew that they were going to come out fighting," Poarch said. "Right now we're first in the district and we really knew that we had a lot to lose if we lost this game. We knew we were going to come out fighting, so we had to give it everything we had to keep in first place.
