MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — Conference USA has announced the 2024 Preseason All-Conference Team and the predicted order of finish as voted by the leagues' coaches. Senior Shelby Sargent, Senior Shelby Echols and Junior Anyce Harvey were tabbed to the preseason team and the Blue Raiders were picked third in the conference behind Liberty and WKU.
Sargent was named the CUSA Championship Tournament MVP last year after setting a new tournament record of six doubles and 17 total bases. The Murfreesboro, Tenn. native set single-season career highs in hits, RBI, batting average and on-base percentage in 2023.
