MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Junior Sampson Laari was named to the 2016 InTouch Credit Union C-USA Cross Country Men's All-Academic Team for his stellar performance as an athlete and in the classroom.
The Kumasi, Ghana native, currently holds a 3.74 GPA, while majoring in Liberal Studies. This is his first year running cross country for the Blue Raiders and he has established himself as one of the top runners on the team.
Laari received multiple awards from the conference this season, including being named First Team All-Conference after his seventh place finish in the C-USA Championship.
