With the Raiders up 3-2 in the match, Moonen was up a set and in a tiebreak in the second, trying to clinch the match. The tiebreak stayed on serve for the first three points before Moonen won three straight points to go up 5-1, giving him enough cushion to win the tiebreak, 7-4, and clinch the victory for the Blue Raiders, their 29th straight at the Adams Tennis Complex, the longest home winning streak in the nation.
