AWENDAW, S.C. – A final round of 5-over par 293 saw the Blue Raiders slip past defending champion Ole Miss on the final day of the Hootie at Bulls Bay on Tuesday.
Middle Tennessee turned in a 16-over par (289-298-293=880) score on the week in the challenging field at Bulls Bay Golf Club to earn a win over the Top 50 ranked Rebels.
"This week we just had a hard time putting four rounds together," head coach Mark McEntire said. "We see that we have a solid team but we have not been able to put it together yet.
