MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – The 2017 Summer Collegiate Baseball League has already begun, as 15 different Blue Raiders are spread across the country to improve their skills over the summer.
"I think the summer leagues are just as important as their development here," said Head Coach Jim McGuire. "In the recruiting process we tell all of them they're going to asked to go out during the summer and continue to get better, and work on the things that we need to do. I think a guy like Aaron Aucker is a great example, he's become a better player every year because he's went out there in the summer.
