Birmingham, Ala.- The Middle Tennessee softball team fell to Louisiana Tech in the quarter finals of the C-USA Tournament. The Raiders (29-27, C-USA 11-13) could only muster two hits against the Techsters (42-14, C-USA 19-5) losing 10-0.
Kailey Ahlstrom made her third start of the tournament for the Raiders. The freshmen pitched the first 17 innings of the conference tournament, before turning the ball over to Corrina Dodd in the fourth inning. Ahlstrom pitched three innings, allowed four runs, on eight hits, and three walks along with her first loss of the postseason.
