RUSTON, La. – Three Blue Raiders boasted double-digit points in Ruston Saturday evening as Middle Tennessee concluded its first Conference USA road trip of the season, but it wasn't enough as they dropped the contest to host LA Tech, 73-56.
Reggie Scurry finished the night with a team-high 13 points on 6 of 7 shooting to make him 10 of 13 on the weekend and added six rebounds for the Blue Raiders.
James Hawthorne added 12 points on 5 of 7 shooting and knocked in a pair of 3-pointers for the first time in his career while Antonio Green added 10 points for his 16th double-digit scoring night of the season.
