MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – After battling Kennesaw State in a competitive, 3-2, defeat in Thursday night's exhibition match, the Blue Raiders now return to training to continue their preparations for the upcoming season opener.
Several newcomers saw their first action in a Middle Tennessee uniform in the contest as Head Coach looks to mix his 12 newcomers in with 13 returning Raiders.
"Being an exhibition game we were able to play a lot of players in different positions and try some different formations out," Rhoden said. "I think we got out of this game exactly what we were looking for.
