MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - Blue Raider Giddy Potts has been invited to participate in the 2017 Reach USA Friendship Tour of the Far East. The 6-foot-2 guard will be a part of a 10-member team that will play eight games against professional teams from various countries during their time overseas.
This cultural exchange trip will allow the team to experience international basketball, learn about a new culture, and develop new relationships. The team, coached by Tom Schuberth, left on May 13 and will return on May 28.
Potts will enter his final season as a Blue Raider in 2017-18 and is looking to move up several categories in the Middle Tennessee record book.
