ATHENS, Ga. – After the first day of the Georgia Bulldog Decathlon/Heptathlon, Elizabeth Dadzie is in sixth place in the heptathlon, while Atsu Nyamadi is in third in the decathlon at the Spec Towns Track.
Dadzie, who tallied 3,167 points through four events, ranks sixth, while after five events Nyamadi ranks third with 4,093 points.
"Both have been very consistent and have done well throughout the first day of competition," said head coach . "Nyamadi and Dadzie both earned new personal-best point totals for the first day,"
Dadzie earned her best finishes of the day in the 200 meter and the 100-meter hurdles, placing fourth in both events.
