MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — Amid a field with four ranked opponents, and two more teams Middle Tennessee will see later this month at the C-USA Championships, the Blue Raider Men's Golf team availed themselves well at the Mason Rudolph Championship in Franklin, Tenn. over the weekend, placing fourth in the field of 15, the best finish of any C-USA team in the field.
MT finished -8 as a team across three rounds in the Par 71 South Course at the Vanderbilt Legends Club, edging out No. 33 Ohio State by two strokes. The Blue Raiders were one of just six teams to finish under par, finishing well ahead of C-USA rivals Louisiana Tech (+9) and Western Kentucky (+36).
