MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Middle Tennessee's women's tennis team will be looking to extend its four-match win streak when it takes on Georgetown and No. 45 Old Dominion in a pair of matches in Norfolk, Virginia this weekend.
The Blue Raiders have won six of their last seven behind key performances from the bottom of the singles lineup. Five players have combined at the No. 5 and 6 singles spots for a 21-5 record as a team, and that has fueled MT's recent hot streak. Zani Barnard still owns a perfect singles record as a Blue Raider with a 9-0 mark, and Kim Kermet leads the team in singles wins with a 10-2 record.
