The Nashville Sounds will celebrate MTSU on Wednesday, April 12, with its third annual True Blue Night at First Tennessee Park.
The Sounds are offering discounted tickets to MTSU supporters. Tickets are $8 plus tax and fees and can be purchased at http://www.mtsu.edu/sounds. Use the discount code: trueblue17.
First-pitch is at 6:35 p.m., with gates opening at 5:35. The first 1,000 fans in the stadium will get a True Blue-branded Nashville Sounds baseball cap.
MTSU President Sidney A. McPhee will be throwing the ceremonial first pitch, while MTSU student Ashley Nite will be singing the national anthem.
