NORFOLK, Va. - A second-half spark from sophomore Edward Simpson proved to be the difference for Middle Tennessee in a huge 64-61 win at Old Dominion.
The road win extended the Raiders winning streak to four games and served as the 400th career win for head coach Kermit Davis.
Darnell Harris led the Blue Raiders with 19 points and six rebounds, but Simpson turned out to be the hero of the game, scoring 14 points in the second half to tie his career high.
