MTSU's 47-24 loss at Vanderbilt was a bitter pill to swallow due to the uncharacteristic amount of turnovers and mistakes the Blue Raiders committed.
However, MTSU coach Rick Stockstill said it's just as important a loss behind you as it is a win. With the in mind, he hopes that is the case Saturday when the Blue Raiders play at Bowling Green, which has won eight of its last 10 non-conference home games. Kickoff is set for 11 a.m.
"It's a lot easier said than done," Stockstill said. "You have to put it behind you. You beat your chest for 24 hours when you win and you step on your lip for 24 hours when you lose.
