MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Middle Tennnessee men's tennis (8-3, 1-0) defeats Virginia Tech (4-5) in dominant fashion 6-1, Friday night inside the Adams Tennis Complex.
With the win, the Blue Raiders move to 8-3 and earned their second power 5 win on the season. Middle Tennessee moves to 2-2 (.500) against Atlantic Coast Conference opponents.
In doubles, the powerful Graduate Student duo of and shook down their opponent 6-4 on court No. 3. Minutes later, Senior and Freshman defeated the No. 17 doubles pairing in the country Jordan Chyrsostom and Ryan Fishback 6-4 to give MT the doubles point.
