DALLAS - Despite fighting the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic in the latter half of the school year, student-athletes on the Middle Tennessee men's tennis team made the university proud with their work in the classroom during the 2019-20 year.
The Blue Raider men's tennis team earned the Conference USA Institutional Excellence and Sport Academic award as announced by the league office.
The Sport Academic Award is given to the team in each conference-sponsored sport with the highest GPA for the academic year.The Blue Raiders achieved a 3.94 team GPA during the spring semester, which led all sports at Middle Tennessee.
