MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – The 2022-23 season opener will see the return of Education Day to the Middle Tennessee men's basketball schedule. The Blue Raiders will welcome 4,700 students to the Murphy Center at 11 a.m. November 7 for their game against Brescia.
The event looks to be the largest Education Day the MTSU men's basketball program has ever hosted, welcoming students from all 23 Rutherford County elementary schools.
This will be the Blue Raiders' first Education Day since the 2019 season opener, organized with help from Rutherford County athletic director and Blue Raider alumnus Chris Harris.
