MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Middle Tennessee setter was named one of the 14 Conference USA student-athletes to receive the Fall Spirit of Service award, C-USA Commissioner Judy MacLeod announced.
The award is designed to recognize the league's student-athletes who contribute to the community through service project efforts, are in good academic standing and through participation in their respective sport.
The award is presented three times each season, providing each conference member three representatives throughout the year. Today's recipients represent athletes playing in fall sports: cross country, football, soccer and volleyball.
In her final season as a Blue Raider, Lux eclipsed the 1,000 career digs and 1,000 career assists marks.
