MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – The Middle Tennessee women's tennis team collected their first road win of the 2021 campaign on Friday, downing Butler 5-2.
Middle Tennessee (2-4) started fast, collecting the doubles point over the Bulldogs (0-1) by winning two-of-three matches.
The senior duo of and won the first match of the day over Natalie Boesing and Sarah Monesmith 6-1.
On court two, sophomore and freshman earned the doubles point with a 6-4 victory over Lauryn Padgett and Veronika Bruetting.
