DALLAS - of Middle Tennessee men's golf has been named the Conference USA Player of the Week for his performance at the Colleton River Collegiate. This is Jegers' second CUSA weekly award this season.
Jegers tied for 13th at the Colleton River Collegiate with a score of 209 (-7), setting a new season low 54-hole score. He was under par in each round, including a 68 (-4) in the third round that featured six birdies. His 11 birdies for the tournament were the most by a Blue Raider. Jegers finished five strokes off the lead in a tournament that featured eight power conference teams and 11 top-100 teams in the latest Scoreboard rankings.
