MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Middle Tennessee senior Samantha Gotcher and sophomore Hanley Long have been named to the 2017 InTouch Credit Union Conference USA Women's Golf All-Academic Team, as announced by the league office on Thursday.
The Blue Raider duo were two of seven golfers from C-USA to make the cut, while only MT and UAB had multiple selections on the All-Academic Team. The seven members were selected out of 25 nominees in a vote by the league's women's golf sports information directors.
"It's a big honor to be two of the seven golfers that were selected to the All-Academic Team," head coach Chris Adams said.
