MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — Coming to Middle Tennessee by way of Wabash Valley Community College, TreVon Smith is a junior guard from Campbellsville, Ky. Smith averaged 14.6 points per game as a sophomore in 2021-22 while shooting 42.6 percent from the floor and 38.8 percent from 3-point range. In his freshman year, he earned First Team All-Region 24 honors at the NJCAA level, averaging 15.0 points, 3.8 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game.
