MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — Rain and thunderstorms throughout the day on Saturday has caused Middle Tennessee's second softball game in the home series against Georgia Tech to be canceled.
If the weather cooperates overnight and on Sunday morning, the Blue Raiders and Yellow Jackets are scheduled to play one game on Sunday with first pitch slated for noon CT.
MT and Georgia Tech started its series Friday afternoon with the Yellow Jackets taking a 10-1 win.
