MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – The Middle Tennessee baseball team's home game on Thursday against Rice will now be scheduled for 3 p.m.
The Blue Raiders and Owls were supposed to meet for game one under the lights of Reese Smith Jr. Field at 6 p.m. but first pitch has been rescheduled because of cold temperatures Thursday evening.
Fan attendance will be limited to 10 percent capacity and attendees will be asked to socially distance and wear masks at all times inside Reese Smith Jr. Field.
The Blue Raiders are coming off a, 2-2, series split against UAB and will play at the Reese for the first time since defeating Valparaiso, 5-0, on March 14.
