Scrimmage Nine Goes 10 Innings:
Monday's bout was the first scrimmage of the fall scheduled to go the full length. In order to give the players more reps, Head Coach Jim McGuire allowed the Blue Raiders to play 10 innings.

The additional frame allowed Team Blue to usurp Team White with a five-run inning to ultimately win, 6-4. Third baseman Drew Huff drove in the go-ahead runs on a two-RBI double ripped down the left-field line.

On the mound, many of the eight pitchers in the scrimmage had strong outings.
