MURFREESBORO. Tenn. – The Middle Tennessee cross country teams are headed to Tallahassee, Fla. this weekend for the NCAA South Regional hosted by Florida State. The Blue Raiders will run a full women's team of eight and a men's team of seven who will race against over 400 other male and female runners for a bid to the NCAA National Championships.
