MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – The Blue Raiders men and women's cross-country teams are heading to Huntsville, Alabama for the NCAA Cross Country South Regional on Friday, November 12. The men will run at 9:30 am CT and the women at 8:30 am CT.
Both the men's and women's teams are coming into the regionals with a lot of steam. The teams placed first together for the second time in the last three seasons at the Conference USA Championships. Head Coach Keith Vroman swept both Coach of the Year awards and is looking to continue his excellence in Alabama.
