Conference USA releases preseason selections for 2016
MURFREESBORO, TENN. – With anticipation increasing for the start of the 2016 campaign, the Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders were selected to finish 10th in the 2016 Preseason Poll released by the Conference USA office Monday.
WKU was selected to repeat as C-USA champions, while UTSA and Rice were voted by the conference coaches to finish second and third, respectively.
Head Coach enters his first season at the helm of the Blue Raider program. Previously, Ahiers posted a 56-15 record in two years with Carson-Newman and led the Eagles to their first Southeast Regional title in program history.
