MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Middle Tennessee's football coaches will have to operate a little differently going into the future.
In April, the NCAA Division I Council passed Proposal No. 2016-116, a new package of football rules that include some major changes, the most notable of which deal with recruiting.
While some of the new rules look good on paper, MT head coach Rick Stockstill isn't completely sold on the package.
"There are some positives, but there are some big negatives that the oversight committee will have to work through in the next year," he said.
