JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Middle Tennessee Track and Field team earned two qualifications during the NCAA East Preliminaries in Jacksonville, Fla.
Abike Egbeniyi qualifies for the women's NCAA Championships in the women's 800-meter on Friday afternoon at the NCAA East Preliminaries. The senior placed seventh overall, qualifying for the NCAA Championships. Egbeniyi crossed the line with at time of 2:04.48.
In the men's 3,000-meter steeplechase, Kigen Chemadi qualified for the NCAA Championships on Friday evening.
