Murfreesboro, Tenn.- The Middle Tennessee baseball team will participate in the annual Blue/White World Series beginning today at 3 PM at Reese Smith Jr. Field.
Teams were drafted on Wednesday and each held team practices yesterday in preparation for the three game series.
The Blue/White World Series will cap off the fall for the Blue Raiders. Over the 13 intra-squad scrimmages and the two 14 inning affairs against Motlow and Columbia State, the Raiders have collected 22 home runs, 42 doubles, eight triples, and have a team batting average of .283.
Raider pitching has been top notch throughout the fall season.
