MURFREESBORO, TN – The Middle Tennessee men's tennis team concluded the first day of play at the Dale Short Shootout with 11 wins Friday at the Adams Tennis Complex Friday.
MT began its first of three scheduled fall events with doubles action as the Raiders clinched three of four matches. Freshman Andreas Kramer made his debut for the Blue Raiders by picking up a 6-4 win with junior partner Stijn Slump against Chattanooga's Simon Labbe and Turner Voges.
Kramer carried momentum into singles play with a 6-1, 6-1 victory over Jeffrey Dewald of Chattanooga on court two.
