MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Middle Tennessee Softball head coach Jeff Breeden announces the signing of University of Maryland Eastern Shore sophomore transfer Julia Garcia on Thursday.
"Julia is bringing a big offensive punch in RBI numbers to our team," She is a catcher and corner player. She has an intense desire to be a winner. We look for her to come in to MTSU and help us win another C-USA Championship!"
Garcia, a native of Cornwall, New York, joins the Blue Raiders from Maryland Eastern Shore with three years of eligibility after sitting out the 2021 season and competing and starting in all 51 contests during the 2022 season for the Hawks.
