AUBURN, Ala. — Jacob Choge, Eliud Rutto and Agnes Abu continued their torrid streak on the track by setting three school records for the second straight week on day one of the War Eagle Invitational.
Choge set the school record in the 10,000-meter run last week at the Mt. SAC Relays, and followed that performance with a new school-best time. The freshman grabbed first place with a time of 13:39.90 to break teammate Sampson Laari's school record set last season and created a new Hutsell-Rosen Track record. Choge's time currently ranks fifth in the country.
