NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Competing for the first time in 2018, the Middle Tennessee men and women's track and field teams head to Nashville to continue their indoor slate at the Tennessee State Invitational on Sunday, Jan. 7.
The squad looks to continue their early success from their first meet of the season at the Vanderbilt Opener. Middle Tennessee posted four first place finishes from Elizabeth Dadzie (Long Jump , 5.85m), Kigen Chemadi (1-mile run, 4:03.65), Abike Egbeniyi (800m, 2:05.31) and Janet Amponsah (200m, 24.09).
Similarly, Chemadi and Jacob Choge traveled to Bloomington, Indiana to round off the final indoor event of 2017.
