SAN DIEGO – Middle Tennessee Softball (0-3) had a tough go on Friday as the Blue Raiders fell in a 4-0 battle against the Boise State Broncos (3-0) in game three of the SDSU Season Kickoff at SDSU Softball Stadium.
Freshman batted in the six-spot and went a perfect 2-for-2 at the plate on a pair of singles today for the Blue Raiders, in addition to recording a stolen base. Junior had a great day as well, hitting 2-for-3 in the three-spot.
Freshman started in the circle for the Blue Raiders pitching 2.1 innings, allowing four runs on seven hits, while also recording her first career strikeout.
