MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – The Middle Tennessee track and field team is finally kicking off its 2021 indoor season this Friday, January 14, and Saturday, January 15, at the Commodore Challenge hosted by Vanderbilt in Nashville.
Last Time Out
The Blue Raiders are looking to bounce back from last year's indoor season conclusion as the women placed 10th and the men took fifth at the Conference USA Indoor Track and Field Championships.
Individually, the team had a few great performances winning four events. Sophomore Omamuyovwi Erhire was named C-USA Freshman of the Year after his strong showing, finishing second in the triple jump and the high jump.
