MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Middle Tennessee men's tennis kicks off the 2021-22 season this weekend as they host the Coach Dale Short Shootout on Sept. 17-19. First serve for all matches begin at 10 a.m. each day.
The tournament will consist of duals with two doubles matches and four singles matches.
The Blue Raiders will feature some fresh faces this weekend. As freshmen Mattia Bernardi, Oskar Brostrom Poulsen, John Chin, and Lucas Olivier will compete during this weekend's matches.
"We are excited to get these four freshmen some matches this weekend and introduce them to college tennis," expressed head coach Jimmy Borendame.
