RALEIGH, NC – Middle Tennessee carded a 3-under par 281 in the second round of the NCAA Raleigh Regional on Tuesday and stands in seventh place. The Blue Raiders, with a 561 total, are just four shots back of that magical fifth spot.
The low five teams will advance to the NCAA National Championships at Karsten Creek Golf Club in Stillwater, Oklahoma, May 25 - 30.
Texas leads the event with an impressive 24-underpar 544 followed by host NC State, Duke, Georgia Tech and Liberty.
"We had another solid result today with a few ups and downs throughout the round," said Head Coach Brennan Webb.
