MIAMI, Fla. — Middle Tennessee women's tennis headed to Miami, Fla. to take on the No. 27 FIU Panthers on Tuesday, March 5. MTSU fell 0-4 against FIU.
The Panthers took the doubles point with wins No. 1 and No. 2. Lilly-Sophie Schmidt and Ilaria Sposetti were up 4-3 on court No. 3 bur finished unfinished.
FIU won the match with wins on court No. 2, No. 4 and No. 1. Cassidy Mataia was up 2-1 in the second set but finished unfinished. Eloise Swarbrick and Schmidt battled in their first set but fell short and finished unfinished.
