SAN DIEGO – Middle Tennessee Softball fell in a pair of contests 3-1 against the Stanford Cardinal and the San Diego State Aztecs to open the SDSU Season Kickoff at SDSU Softball Stadium.
"Number one we had more energy and electricity than both of our opponents today," expressed head coach . "We preach that every day, and I am pleased with the way all of our players competed today in both games."
"Kerri Munn was awesome in her first career outing especially against a PAC-12 team like Stanford. She handled them well," said Breeden. "We also made some great defensive plays in both games.
