CLARKSVILLE, Tenn.
The Blue Raiders didn't look back after they exploded for six runs in the top of the first in their victory over Austin Peay on Tuesday.
The Blue Raiders (9-8) traveled to Austin Peay (10-7) for a midweek matchup that the Blue Raiders controlled from the start.
"Everything came together." Head coach Jim McGuire said after the game. "We jumped out to the lead which we've done before but we were able to maintain that lead and Grant [Williams] was great again."
The chilly weather didn't affect the Blue Raiders as they got things going early offensively, sending 11 batters to the plate and scoring 6 runs in the first.
