MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – A trifecta of Middle Tennessee pitchers have earned Conference USA honors on the eve of their first conference tournament appearance in six years. Left-hander David Zoz and righty Aaron Brown were named to All-Conference teams and Adam Link was named to the C-USA All-Academic team.
Zoz was voted to the All-Conference First Team by posting a team low 1.63 ERA and has held opposing to just a .201 batting average over 22 appearances. The senior has a team-high six saves, a mark good for fourth most in Conference USA and a 38:5 strikeout-to-walk ratio out of the Blue Raider bullpen.
