MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – One of the best to ever come through Middle Tennessee Women's Golf is now back in the program, as Head Coach Chris Adams announced Avery George as her new Assistant Coach on Friday.
After graduation, George played professionally for three years as a member of the Symetra Tour before going on to serve as an assistant pro at Craft Farms Golf Club in Gulf Shores, Ala., and Morgan Hale Performance in Mobile, Ala.
"Avery has a great demeanor for coaching that will make her a huge asset for us, and she will do great things here as a coach," Adams stated.
